AI document automation/dynamic document generation platform

Organize cross-application context into auditable and traceable structured documents

After the user configures the triggering method and generation rules, the system organizes manual input, files or authorized contexts into tasks and generates a structured document draft with source description, configuration version and review status.

PRIVACY

Data use boundary

User-uploaded context files, review lead emails, internal instructions, interface snippets, and import records may contain personal information, keys, customer names, or undisclosed product plans. The system will use these contents for context organization, document generation and audit records; the generated results must be manually checked before they can be used externally. Current 10 role review additions: Mark context_sources, generation_rules, publish_target_note, context_bundle.included_items, generated_document.body, source_references, workflow_audit_log.caller_id, error_message, and export reports as potentially sensitive or conditionally sensitive. ; Before uploading, generating and exporting, the data usage, sensitive information risks, default retention period, deletion entry and external system boundaries must be prompted. ;Logs and exports must not save or display the original text of keys and tokens; suspected sensitive content should be masked and prompted for manual confirmation. ;Processing boundaries for original files, derived contexts, generated documents, audit logs, exported files, and backups must be specified when deleting items. ; Registered connections do not equal production-level integration; authorization scope, read-only/write capabilities, sync status, and unknown/unavailable status must be shown.

RETENTION

Data retention

Project configuration, context packages, build documentation, and audit logs are retained by default for 180 days; users can delete project data in the workbench. After deletion, it will no longer be used for subsequent generation, but exported files and content published by users to external systems will not be affected by the deletion of this site.

SAFETY

Human responsibility and rollback

ContextDoc AI generates draft documents to be reviewed and workflow records within this site, which may miss context, misunderstand product behavior, or generate outdated content. Source, permissions, accuracy, and applicability must be verified by the responsible person before publishing to the help center, developer portal, repository, or other external system.

Rollback only means restoring the audit status, report version or workflow stage of generated_document in this site to the previous record and retaining the audit log; it does not mean withdrawing, modifying or deleting any unconnected external help center, warehouse, SaaS or production system content.
